Beginning in July 2015, the Cisco WebEx service that we use for the Online Tape Group sessions will no longer support computers that are running Microsoft Windows XP or Apple OS X 10.6. Both of those computer operating systems are over 10 years old and are no longer supported by Microsoft or Apple. Therefore, the WebEx service is no longer supporting those computers for WebEx Events such as ours.
You may already know if your computer is running either of these operating systems. However, if you are not sure, click here for instructions on how to find out. These instructions also include a description of the other options you have for joining the meetings if you have one of the older operating systems.
